I found this T-shirt on clearance at Old Navy for $1.00. And turned it into this:
I started with this 90 min. shirt technique (changing it to a dress, obviously) and used this transfer paper technique and this gathered pockets technique.
I thought it was funny that she wouldn't put down the video game controller for a picture.
So sad that she will probably never even know who Pac-Man is!
